Getting a tooth extracted leaves a displeasing gap in the mouth. It can often lead to embarrassment when you talk to people, pose for photographs, and almost every time you socialize with your loved ones. It is best to get such teeth restored with prosthetic ones so that both the aesthetics and the functionality of the mouth is brought back to normal.
What are dental bridges?
A bridge is a prosthetic tooth that looks exactly like a natural one. It is customizable according to the color, shape, and

When you visit our practice to get your tooth restored, we would carefully screen your mouth for factors that could influence the procedure. Cavities, malocclusion, drifting of teeth, receding of gums, existing old restorations, overall health, the strength of the adjoining teeth, etc. will be considered. The teeth next to the gap will be prepared by removing a thin layer of enamel through buffing. A highly precise mold of the teeth will be taken and sent to a dental laboratory for fabrication of the bridge.
A temporary bridge may be used until the permanent one is fabricated. During the next appointment, the bridge will be
removed, the teeth will be cleaned and prepared by etching. The permanent bridge will be placed in position and checked for fit and comfort. If any changes are required, they will be made prior to fixing it firmly using dental adhesives. It may be polished to improve aesthetics.
